This Notice applies to snipermm.com, enquiries, quotations, early-access and customer accounts, tenant administration, support, billing records, invitations, service logs, and information collected from endpoints enrolled in Snipe RMM.
2. Controller and processor roles
For website, sales, account, billing, service-security, and support information, the operator generally determines why and how the information is used. For endpoint and user information collected for a customer, the customer generally determines the management purpose and lawful basis, while Snipe RMM processes the information to provide the service. The accepted order and any data-processing agreement define these roles in more detail.

4. Purposes
- Provide, secure, operate, maintain, and support Snipe RMM.
- Create and administer tenants, accounts, roles, endpoint enrolments, invitations, licences, and notifications.
- Collect endpoint evidence, identify findings, generate reports, and execute customer-authorised actions.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and payments, and manage customer communications.
- Detect abuse, fraud, compromise, service failures, and security incidents.
- Maintain contractual, accounting, legal, and audit records.
- Improve reliability, usability, and security using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
5. Lawful processing
Depending on context and applicable law, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as service security, support, fraud prevention, and reliability. Customers are responsible for establishing a lawful basis and providing required notices for endpoint monitoring and user information.
6. Cookies and website measurement
The public website uses essential technical records needed to deliver pages, protect forms, and investigate abuse. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, the Notice and applicable consent controls will be updated. Snipe RMM does not sell personal information.
7. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by hosting, database, object-storage, email, authentication, payment, monitoring, support, security, and professional-service providers where needed for a defined purpose. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect people, rights, or systems, or in a lawful business reorganisation.
8. International processing
Customers and service providers may operate in different countries. Contractual, organisational, access-control, and technical safeguards are used where required, taking account of the information, purpose, and recipient.
9. Retention
Website and unsuccessful sales-enquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Active-customer information is retained for the service period and then returned, deleted, anonymised, or retained according to the customer agreement, legal obligations, dispute needs, security investigations, and backup cycles. Billing and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law. Customers may configure or contract for specific endpoint and audit retention periods.
10. Security
Controls include encrypted transport, tenant scoping, explicit roles, least privilege, protected secrets, expiring invitations, request validation, integrity checks, approved automation, logging, backups, and service-health monitoring. No system is immune from risk. Customers must secure accounts, identity systems, endpoints, networks, backups, and internal approval processes.
11. Automated processing
Snipe RMM may automatically classify findings, calculate health states, prioritise alerts, and recommend actions. The service supports human administration. High-impact scripts and remediation should be approved and tested by authorised customer personnel. Snipe RMM does not use public website information for solely automated decisions intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects.
12. Rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, individuals may request information, access, correction, erasure or blocking, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent and may complain to the National Privacy Commission. Submit requests through Privacy Choices or email [email protected]. Identity and authority may be verified. Where Snipe RMM acts for a customer, a request may need to be coordinated with that customer.
13. Customer instructions and member data
Snipe RMM processes customer-controlled endpoint information only for the contracted service, documented customer instructions, security, support, and legal obligations. Customers must not use the service to collect information unrelated to legitimate endpoint administration.
14. Children
Snipe RMM is a business service and is not directed to children. Customers must not enrol a device or provide information relating to a child unless they have a lawful basis, provide required notices, and minimise the information collected.
15. Incidents and complaints
Suspected privacy incidents may be reported to [email protected]. Security vulnerabilities and security concerns may be reported to [email protected]. Complaints may also be raised with the National Privacy Commission where applicable.
16. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and may also be communicated through the portal or account contact. Do not send credentials or identity documents unless requested through a secure channel.
